Memphis Rapper Shuts Down 4 Sheriff Officers

Caught on video tape, Mike Goins, a rapper in Memphis, TN is seen in a heated discussion with four Memphis & Shelby County Sheriff Officers while standing on his front porch in Memphis.

In the video, officers can be heard attempting to get Goins and others to show ID which they refuse to do.

Refusing to show their ID’s to the deputies, the Memphis rapper and his associates are met with multiple questions by the officers who seem to attempt to validate their reasoning for walking onto his private property asking for identification.

Goins can be heard questioning the officers’ objectives and comparing their confrontation to harassment.

Video taping the entire incident, it makes one wonder how it would have went down if cameras were not around.

This incident comes at a time when the nation is up at arms following the Ferguson grand jury’s decision not to indict police officer Darren Wilson in the fatal shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown as well as the controversial video tape of officers who sparked nationwide coverage when they confronted a man in St. Paul and demanded ID from a man, who they eventually tasered, as he was apparently waiting for his children.

Watch the video of Goins refusing to present ID to Sheriffs without warrant.
