This Is Yo Gotti’s Childhood Home. The Current Owner Has Filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

The owner of rapper Yo Gotti’s childhood home – the North Memphis apartment complex Ridgecrest Apartments – has reportedly filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection.

Indiana-based Rynard Properties Ridgecrest LP, owner of the 256 unit apartment complex at 2881 Range Line Road in the North Memphis neighborhood reportedly filed on March 13th, according to the Memphis Business Journal.

Owing a reported $8.5 million in secured claims, $2.5 million of which are reportedly owed to Tennessee Housing Development Agency and $6 million to Fannie Mae, Rynard Properties reportedly estimated its’ interest at Ridgecrest as being $15 million in its’ bankrupt filing.

Ridgecrest Apartment Complex, which was built in 1973, was valued at $4.3 million and bought for $5 million by Rynard in 2008.
