4 Found Dead in Car in Connection With Tennessee Porn Case

4 Dead in car in Winston County

Four suspects in connection with a child pornography investigation in Tennessee have been found dead of an apparent murder-suicide.

Winston County Sheriff Rick Harris says that the bodies of four suspects who were under investigation on suspicion of child sexual exploitation were found in a car on a road in Winston County, Alabama.

In the car were the bodies of Robert S. Hamrick, 29, and his ex-wife, Kristi Hunt Hamrick, 39, who were under investigation of child pornography, along with Kevin Carey, 30, and Keith Hunt, 37, who the Hamricks lived with in Savannah, Tennessee, and who were also linked in the investigation.

The group allegedly fled after FBI seized their computers and cameras, which contained child pornography.

According to Harris, it appears Keith Hunt, who was also the brother of Kristi Hunt Hamrick, may have shot the others in the head, who may have been sleep from sleeping pills purchased earlier, then killed himself.

They apparently left suicide notes with instructions for their families, while also proclaiming their innocence.
