A Brazilian virgin student named Catarina Migliorini placed her virginity online for sell in an online auction which has closed at a winning bid of $780,000.
The winning bidder -- a man called Natsu -- from Japan, beat out 14 other bids including bids placed from USA, Brazil, India and Australia, according to website virginswanted.com.au where the online virginity auction was held.
The auction began from a search set up by Thomas Williams Productions, who placed an ad for virgins to be filmed, which Catarina responded and was chosen.
The winner Natsu is expected to receive his winnings via airplane where Catarina will take a flight to him as they may likely be traveling somewhere where prostitution is legal to avoid laws that may cause any prosecution.
No matter the laws though, Catarina says it is not prostitution what she is doing because she is only doing it once and taking photographs once does not make you a photographer, she says.
Catarina's money from the business is set to go to a noble cause as previously she says $20,000 and 90 per cent of the final auction sale price will go to a non-governmental organization to construct modern houses in her southern home state of Santa Catarina.
Meanwhile, Natsu has plans to be tested for sexually transmitted diseases prior to any sex with Catarina because the sexual encounter can be without a condom although sex toys are apparently not allowed.
Another male virgin named Alexander was also apart of the online virgin auction and his virginity sold for $3,000 to a Brazilian woman named Nene B.
