Former New York Giant Plaxico Burress, who was jailed last year, lost his recreational privileges. Plax told a prison guard that he was granted permission to use his cell phone to call his lawyer, but he was not.
The guard took his word and let him talk for several minutes on the phone. Somehow the guard found out that Plax was not telling the truth and decided to teach him a lesson.
The prison guard didn't seem to be to fond, so he took Burress's rec privileges away for a month. Plaxico also can NOT use his cellphone for 7 days, so if he calls you within 7 days you know he's sneaking on the phone.
Plax was arrested, charged, and found guilty for shooting HIMSELF in the leg while walking up the stairs in a New York night club.
Burress is secluded from all the other inmates -- and to top it off -- no privileges for a month, that is harsh.
We are all hoping that Burress does NOT get into anymore trouble.
