"Welcome to Dreamland," the new reality television show competition, debuted on BET last Tuesday (June 2nd) featuring talent scout and Def Jam recording artist Jevon "Vawn" Sims, and multi-platinum producers Jazze Pha and Drumma Boy.
The three teamed up on BET Networks to launch the new competition matching 13 of the reported best female talent acts in Atlanta on a hunt for the world's next big female music artist.
On the first show, Jazze Pha and Drumma Boy broke off the girls into teams to now compete and see who can develop the most successful musical act.
The artist development process will be complete with the producers, songwriters, stylists, designers and photographers all in the picture as they attempt to launch the girls into musical stardom.
The new reality TV show "Welcome to Dreamland" airs on Tuesdays at 10:30 PM/9:30 C.
