15 year old girl is allegedly brutally beaten by a cop of the Seattle, Washington Police and the possible assault, attack was caught on tape.
In Seattle, a King County Sheriff’s deputy was caught on camera beating a teenage girl as she was being ‘locked down’ in a holding cell. Even though the officer can be seen in the footage putting a ‘beat down’ literally on the 15 year old girl in custody, he is still pleading not guilty to assault.
Deputy Paul Schene who is accused of fourth-degree assault including kicking the girl in the stomach, slamming her head against a wall, pulling her hair, and punching her on the ground, at SeaTac City Hall in November, is claiming he was assaulted first.
Schene, an 8 year veteran, claims the 15 year old girl was calling them ‘pigs’ and kicked off her shoes off at him striking him in the shin which can be seen on the camera but what can not be seen is that he says the shoes injured him.
Now, how that explains his brutally physical response, will be up to Schene to explain to a judge as an eager and demanding public awaits reason and disciplinary action even for such seemingly brute force.
This cop should be tortured, starved, beaten, and kept alive so that he can be perpetually abused for years to come.
This is EXACTLY what this 15yr old animal deserved!!! I guess her Auntie or Grandma who is raising her did not teach her not to speak back to the police!!! Second, I believe that BOTH officers should be brought up on criminal charges. I view it as douche bag #2’s duty to have physically STOPPED douche bag #1’s unwarranted assault. His inaction makes him an accessory to the incident. Also douche #1 should NEVER be allowed to wear a badge again, and in no way should he escape jail-time. Any regular citizen caught on tape brutally beating anyone like that would have the book thrown at them.
Lastly, I will be glad when he does go to jail…White a$$hole on the inside for beating a little black girl unmercifully? That fool is SO going to be sorry for what he has done. I’ve had far worse done to me with little more acknowledgment than a flinch as my retaliation. The girl was in the holding cell, and about to kick off her other shoe. He was looking for a reason to “teach her a lesson” and he thinks he found one.
Right here is the reason people don’t trust the police. The one force in this country that literally stops the criminals in this world from beating down our doors and taking everything we have. When a member of that organization betrays that trust in the very fashion he is trained to protect us again, he should be dealt with in the same way we expect him to deal with those criminals.
I’ve been there, I’ve dealt with these criminals, and under no circumstances whatsoever is a suspect (who’s already in a holding cell) worthy of this treatment. Anyone and I do mean ANYONE that thinks this was justified in any way shape or form needs to take a long hard look at their own life and how they treat the people around them.
In the academy they drill one thing into you over and over and over again. “Verbal insults are NEVER justified with a physical retaliation of any sort.” So right there you can scratch off his “fat pig” comment that she said as prompting it. A shoe hit him in the shin when she kicked it off? I would certainly hope he wasn’t actually complaining it hurt, if so what kind of pansy did that department hire? A shoe hits him in the shin and he calls it an assault worth of a beating? The academy would’ve literally killed him if that were the case.
No matter how you look at it, logically there is no way this would ever be justifiable.

Robocop never would of beat a person like that. I know he’s a fictional character, and he was programmed to obey the laws, rights, and rules. Police officers have to some-what mentally program themselves as well. They know to expect the unexpected. When situations like “this” occur, “they” really have to be more in control (of their own actions). It’s not like she killed a fellow officer (or something to that extent) and he was emotional enough to take it out on her like that. I think this officer needs to be on UNPAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE until proven guilty or innocent ( not that he will be found guilty. But why should they pay him until he is found guilty or innocent. He didn’t wait to see if she was guilty of the crime she was taken in on. He should have ot be off unpaid then if they find him innocent give him the back pay that he is entitled to.

First off there is no excuse for how this officer acted. He deserves to be punished. But what gets me is how ignorant you all are by using the term “cops” as if every cop is the same. Sure this kind of thing happens way to often but to say cops deserve to be killed or that his daughter needs to have this happen. So she called them names and threw a shoe, seriously why didn’t they just cuff and shackle her to a bench or something? Cops should be used to dealing with people who are not happy to see them or b in custody. The fact that the officer is trying to justify his actions by saying she called him a pig and threw a shoe is just compounding this travesty on the part of law enforcement in this country.
Also, just want to add that if we as parents did that to our children we would be thrown in jail and have them taken away. Yea, I have a 15, 16, 11, and 10 yr old and many days I’d love to just SNAP on them. What that officer did is totally out of line and he should be fired and jailed. He should also be ordered to pay something to the girl. (Restitution or something) She (and her family) need to sue the officer(s) and the department. But it is a fact of life that all officers do what they want. I just found out about this from a video on Youtube and posted about it on both of my blogs. These type of things need all the attention they can get, the more attention something like this gets the more likely it doesn’t just get brushed off.
In my opinion he should lose his job and not be allowed to work as a police officer again, and jail time as well because it wasn’t even an adult, she was only 15!
It looks like they were about to close the door on her so if they had just closed the door and locked her in the shoe most likly would have stoped moving and caused no further harm to anyone. All police should all be requierd to pass an IQ test before being alowed to serve the public, What should the lowest number be? 121, 110, or at least 91?

“Fat Pig” is way nicer than what this guy deserves… a lot worse comes to my mind now. I am so afraid that his position as a police officer will protect him from the punishment he deserves. He deserves to sit in jail. Ive been spit at, kicked,seen the back hand of person in jail. You learn early in your career that these people can either make you or break you. They have made me who i am. Understanding, compassionate, caring regarless of thier charge or attitude.
Use of force is taught and you pick up very quick what force is needed or not needed.

I would of s--t the door and walked away to come back to check up on her and in my opinion she would of came too, or have calmed down and apologized. thats what i see most of the time. they all want to fight, be mean til they are given time to realize what they did.

First up, I don’t support what happened. NOTHING about what I say should indicate that I believe this should (or should not) have happened because I do not know the full story. If you take what I say as supporting this, you are wrong.
I’m sick and tired of things like this happening and a bunch of people stand around and preach about how things ‘should work’.
The justice system does not work how it should, ie, the bad people are punished enough so they stop breaking the law, or are locked up forever. There are way too many rules and regulations set up that protect the guilty. I understand these rules are there because not everyone IS guilty, but lets sit back a minute and think about what might have happened instead?
The girl was calling the cops pigs etc etc so clearly had no respect for police. She’s also 15. So, what are they going to do? Seriously? She yells screams and learns nothing from the arrest, then gets a slap on the wrist and sent home.
3 years later she’s 18, has suffered almost nothing from the actions of her youth and becomes another statistic in our jails when she’s caught again. Wow, really helped her out there didn’t we?
If you’re 15 and break the law, get hauled down to the police station and have the crap beaten out of you, you are SERIOUSLY going to reconsider before doing it again. Go to China and break into a car there, enjoy your 10 lashes and see if you want to do it again.
This girl got off lightly. When I was younger I broke a few rules, not even anything too serious … the cops didn’t do anything to me because they never caught me… my father did though – and I sure as hell didn’t do it again.
What I’m trying to say here is life is not as black and white as most people seem to want to believe.. “ooh the police make a nice arrest and send the info onwards and the system works completely and does the job”. Life does not work that way!

She took her parents’ car without permission, they didn’t know she had it, so they reported it stolen. She isn’t a car thief, she’s a bratty teenage girl who the police should be protecting from assaults, not assaulting her themselves.

Well go deal with these zoo specimens everyday for 8 years and you’ll probably snap eventually too. What kind of 15 year old is out there stealing cars? Something is seriously wrong with American society and these police are not equipped to deal with it. They are only human and everyone has their breaking point. You’re lucky if you only have to deal with some rotten monster once or twice your entire life, these guys deal with dozens a day.

I have worked as a teacher where teenagers do much worse than that and we are NOT, NOT allowed to touch them. If teachers HAVE to show self-control with 30 “lippy” teens in classes all day or get fired why is this cop getting a free pass (paid administrative leave)??????
Police do what they can which is anything they want. Police only flex their authority because they know as a whole black people fear them and won’t stand up against them. Many black dont fear them individually but changes can’t be made as a individual we have to stand together and make things happen, the legal way. I say the legal way because not all people in authority positions will stand for corruption so we go through those avenues first. It that doesn’t work then we find other ways that they won’t be so comfortable with.
