Former Three 6 Mafia Member Inks Multi-Million Dollar Distribution Deal?

MemphisRap.com has learned that a former Three 6 Mafia member may have inked a multi-million dollar distribution deal with Universal.

You may be curious as to who and with whom a former Three 6 Mafia member has reportedly inked a distribution deal with. Sources contacted MemphisRap.com regarding Grammy nominee and Christian rapper, Mr. Del, who recently announced via a blog on his Myspace a deal with Universal Distribution. According to the post, the CEO of Holy South Records and recording artist for EMI who’s known for his positive concerts and positive influence in the community has inked a multi-million dollar deal with the company (Universal Distribution) possibly making him the first Christian hip-hop artist to make such a deal.

Although MemphisRap.com spoke with public relations within Universal, nothing could be confirmed at the time and no further details were available. Representatives for Mr. Del and Holy South Records were not available for comment.
