Kaz seems to be everywhere these days…from hanging out in Memphis with Gangsta Boo, Yo Gotti, Koopsta, and touring with Lord T & Eloise, not to mention hanging in L.A. with Paris Hilton and Joel Madden . He seems to still have time to make beats, record, and entertain the city with his wild lyrics and fun personality.

Here are few of his influences and ways he got started:

Memphis Rapper KAZ is bringing hip hop to a better place. With his Twista like delivery and a spectrum of musical influence, Kaz is taking the Memphis Underground scene by storm. From party anthems like “Shovel” and “Ready ” to the ridiculously wangin’ “Love How I Live” feat. Gangsta Boo, this Memphis native is definitely letting his roots hang out. KAZ brings a positive message with a unique presentation that captures audiences from the beginning. “I grew up listening to R.L. Burnside, Junior Kimbrough, The Grateful Dead, you know stuff like that. But on the other hand, 3 6 Mafia, Al Kapone, Skinny Pimp, and Playa Fly they stayed in the disc changer too. So that’s what I wrote, what I knew.” Definitely be on the look out for this hill country super spitta as he brings a long anticipated change to the hip hop culture.
