Memphis Tigers Land 3 of The Nation’s Top 50 High School Basketball Players


The nation’s top and best high school basketball players have made their college choices with three choosing the University of Memphis Tigers.

The best high school basketball players in the nation have made their college choices with three making their choices for the University of Memphis. So far, the Tigers have added three new players to the team next year with all three being top 50 national recruits. Basketball players Tyreke Evens a guard from American Christian in Pennsylvania, Angel Garcia a forward from East Chicago Central in Indiana, and Matt Simpkins, a forward from Patterson School in North Carolina, have all made their choices.

Tyreke Evans a 6’5″, 205 lb baller is stated to have star power and is highly skilled with the ball, while Puerto Rico native Angel Garcia 6’10”, 210 lbs is called ‘a shooter with size’, and last but not least, Matt Simpkins, who’s 6’8″, 215 lbs is considered athletic and a hardnosed forward.

Basketball player Devin Ebanks is still making his decision between Memphis, Rutgers, Texas, West Virginia and Indiana. The 6’8″ 185 lbs forward, ranks number 13 out of the nations top 50 high school basketball players.
