Grammy award winning pop star Justin Timberlake, 27, is expected to begin producing a pilot on NBC.

Grammy award winning pop star Justin Timberlake, 27, is expected to begin producing a pilot on NBC about a bachelor and of course women. The Memphis bred singer/actor and entrepreneur will be the executive producer for “My Problem with Women” which will follow Jose who, while in his 30’s, tries to figure out and understand why his romantic encounters fail through therapy sessions.

The show is based of a Peruvian (Peru) TV comedy “Mi Problema con las Mujeres” which is in Spanish.

“I am very excited to be collaborating with Reveille to bring this hugely successful format to the channel,” a statement quotes Timberlake as saying.

In other news, Justin Timberlake launched his record label “Tennman Records in May of 2007 and signed on music group Free Sol and female singer Esmee Denters, started a restaurant named Southern Hospitality in New York in July of 2007 and in 2005 launched his own clothing line William Rast with long time friend Trace Ayala. The pop star formerly of all boy pop group, NSYNC, also has been making his rounds in movies such as “Alpha Dog” and “Black Snake Moan” and doing voice overs in such animated films as “Shrek The Third”.

In addition to his success and business ventures, Justin Timberlake’s two solo albums were a smash. Justified, released in 2002 sold over 7 million copies worldwide. FutureSex/LoveSounds, which was released in 2006 made the U.S. number-one hit singles with “SexyBack”, “My Love”, and “What Goes Around… Comes Around”. The album “FutureSex/LoveSounds” also got three additional U.S. top twenty hits (“Summer Love”, “LoveStoned”, and “Until the End of Time”) making it the first time a male artist has achieved six top twenty hits from one album since Michael Jackson’s album Dangerous. Timberlake has managed to sell more than 18 million albums worldwide and over 50 million with the all boy pop group NSYNC.
