Jacki-O Is ‘Grown & Gangsta’

Miami rapper and hip-hop recording artist Jacki-O, known for her ‘Grown & Sexy’ is now looking to be known for her ‘Grown & Gangsta’.

The Miami rapper and hip-hop recording artist Jacki-O, known for her ‘grown & sexy’ singles such as “Nookie” is now looking to be known for her “Grown & Gangsta” writings. The rapper now author, has recently written her own fictional book entitled “Grown and Gangsta” which chronicles the journey of 6 friends who have been raised up from the hood to achieve success in life, but who didn’t forget their upbringings.

Jacki-O has began touring with the book this March 2008 which started out in Jackson, MS and, currently, Memphisrap.com has learned that the tour will be making it’s way to Memphis, TN and on to Metairie, LA, then on to Montgomery, AL.

The tour, which has been dubbed the “Grown & Gangsta Book Tour”, will be hosted by Tru Publishing and Conversations Book Club in events scheduled from March 4-9, 2008.

Jacki-O will be involved in book discussions and meet and greets in the states of Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee and Louisiana all led by Conversations Book Club President Cyrus A. Webb.
