Just in, a brawl has broke out at the Southern Entertainment Awards just moments ago where Memphisrap.com was reporting live. It seems that rapper Kia Shine was dissing and making statements on what seemed to have been directed at music mogul and label consultant Wendy Day regarding fake CD sales, ringtones and money. The rapper (Kia Shine) urged the audience not to let "that lady" come into your city and take your money and stated that everyone should make their money and not believe in fake weekly CD sale reports. Afterwards, Kia Shine began presenting an award at the show when after making an announcement of the winner, the rapper was then followed by Wendy Day who seemed to want to confront and talk with the rapper about his comments. Upon exiting the stage, Kia Shine was asked to exit to his left when suddenly a fight broke out and Kia Shine was knocked to the ground and seemingly jumped by others when the brawl was then joined by other members which all was shortly interrupted and stopped by Grand Casino resort security.

Many were escorted out of the casino including Kia Shine and a number of others.

This is the first time a fight or any means of violence has happened at the Southern Entertainment Awards which has been around since 2004 and which was first originally held at Gibson's Showcase in Nashville, TN. This is the fourth year the awards shows was held at the Grand Casino resort in Tunica, MS.

Both Kia Shine and Wendy Day were attendees and participants of last year's Southern Entertainment Awards show.

As to who jumped who, it hasn't been determined and as to why Kia Shine seemed to have dissed on Wendy Day, it too is still a mystery.
