Alleged Drug Lord Is Half Brother of Three 6 Mafia’s DJ Paul, Faces Federal Charges


Recently arrested and alleged Memphis drug lord Craig Petties, the half-brother of DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia is now in Memphis, TN facing federal drug and money laundering charges.

Fox 13 Memphis is reporting that an alleged Memphis Druglord by the name of Craig Petties, 31, is the half brother of Three 6 Mafia’s DJ Paul and this was confirmed by Petties’ mother that the two (DJ Paul and Craig Petties) share fathers.

U.S. Marshals say Petties, who was on the U.S. Marshals’ list of the 15 Most Wanted, made his money from selling drugs in Memphis, Jackson, Mississippi and Atlanta and was known for bringing 18-wheelers full of drugs across the Mexico border.

Authorities say that Petties used drug money to pay for several expensive cars, a home in Las Vegas as well as one in Memphis which several was seized during the arrests.

“So far we’ve had seizures of almost $3 million, little over 2.9 million and something like 40 vehicles and over $600,000 in cash,” said authorities.

Petties was arrested in Mexico, January 11.

Petties is now back in Memphis and faces federal drug and money laundering charges.
