The wedding celebration took place at La Grenouille in New York where celebrities like Donald Trump, NBA Commissioner David Stern, and Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, among others were said to have attended.

Sales divorced Woody Johnson, who is heir to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, in 2002. They have three daughters. Rashad, born Bobby Moore, was married to actress Phylicia Rashad from 1985
