T.I. Filed Motions Challenging The Weapons Evidence

Tip’s legal team filed motions in Federal Court yesterday, Nov 20, alleging evidence and statements were illegally obtained.

The day T.I. was arrested, the lawyers believed the police searched the car illegally. T.I.’s lawyer say they didn’t have a search warrant or probable cause.

The statements T.I. made to ATF agents may not have been voluntary the lawyers argued.

It looks like T.I.’s legal team is getting ready to play hard ball. T.I.’s attorneys say that they intend to file additional motions before the trial actually gets started.
