Daily Exercise for Black Men

Black men normally don’t exercise as much as they need to. About 55% of black men from ages 21-35 don’t get the exercise they need, and most of them are smokers. If you smoke it’s important for you to jog so your lungs can pump. If your lungs pump you can breath easier and maybe not have a smoker’s cough.

Then, when it comes to dieting black men seem to eat a lot of fried foods and not so many green vegetables. That could lead to a number of health issues through out their life span.

Every black man should try to workout everyday at-least 45 mins. to an hour to live a healthier life.
