A federal court motion was filed on Monday by the estate of the late rapper Christopher Wallace AKA Notorious B.I.G.

A federal court motion was filed on Monday by the estate of the late rapper Christopher Wallace AKA Notorious B.I.G. The motion claims that former R&B singer Waymond Anderson, who is currently serving a life sentence for an unrelated murder, falsely accused the Wallace family of wrongdoings in his August 20 deposition.

In the deposition, Anderson claims the Wallace Family and their attorney asked him to falsely testify that former officers David Mack and Rafael Perez were involved in the 1997 killing of B.I.G. in exchange for any monies the Wallaces were awarded by the court. It also states that Anderson lied in his initial testimony in accordance with the Wallace’s request.
