C-Murder’s Homicide Case to be Retried

Corey Miller, formerly known as C-Murder, will be retried on Homicide Charges

Corey Miller, formerly known as C-Murder, will be retried on homicide charges stemming from the shooting death of a 16 yr old outside of a nightclub in 2002.

Miller was originally convicted in 2003 and sentenced to life in prison. That conviction has since been overturned due to the prosecuters leaving out key criminal background information on the witnesses.

Miller has been free on $500,000 bond since 2006.

The new trial will begin on February 11, 2008.
