Paris Hilton Ordered Back To Jail, Must Serve 45 Days

Paris Hilton has been ordered to return to the Los Angeles County jail to serve out the remainder of her original 45-day sentence for violating probation.

After the L.A. County Sheriff Department released hotel heiress Paris Hilton from the Lynwood’s Century Regional Detention Facility to house arrest on Thursday, the Judge didn’t take it lightly. Paris Hilton had only served three of her twenty-three days in which she arrived two days early for. Sheriff Lee Baca reportedly made claims that she was released due to there being no room at the the jail for a low-level offender like Paris Hilton and that she had severe medical problems which were only getting worse.

Since Sheriff Lee Baca couldn’t follow the Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer instructions on the previous ruling, he was sure to make it clear this time around. Paris who thought she would not have to come to court and would speak over the phone for the hearing, got a surprise when the judge ordered the sheriff to pick her up from her home to appear in court. A no makeup, crying Paris dabbed at her eyes while in court shaking constantly.

According to Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer, he said he had left the courthouse Thursday night having signed an order for Hilton to appear for the hearing.

The judge believes there are no excuses when it came to her lawyers who also stated the reason for her release was for an unspecified medical condition. The judge suggested that Paris Hilton medical condition could have been taken care of with the jail medical facilities like any other inmate.

The Judge angry with Baca decisions stated, “I at no time condoned the actions of the sheriff and at no time told him I approved the actions,” he said. “At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home.”

In the end, the judge ordered Paris Hilton to return to the Los Angeles County jail to serve out the remainder of her original 45-day sentence for violating probation.

“The defendant is remanded to county jail to serve the remainder of her 45-day sentence. This order is forthwith,” stated Superior Court Judge Sauer.

“Oh no!” Hilton shouted after Judge Michael Sauer ordered her to immediately return to jail. “Mom!, Mom!” she called to her mother, Kathy, who sat in the second row of the spectators’ gallery.

“My baby!” Kathy Hilton wailed, hugging her husband, Rick Hilton.

Paris is now left with serving 40 days since she has already served 5 days of her sentence.
