Late Friday night, rapper and former G-Unit member The Game “Jayceon Terrell Taylor,” 27, was arrested after police issued a warrant to search his home in L.A. According to sources the search was due to a connection with an incident that took place sometime in February. The Game was stated to have been arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats to an unidentified person(s).

During the search The Game’s mother showed up and questioned a reporter as to why was he being arrested. His mother was told it was on suspicion of making criminal threats and she responded, “He’s a gangsta rapper.”

While in a holding tank, the police retrieved $3,000 from the rapper which was given back to him after his release from the Los Angeles Police Department’s 77th Street Station early Saturday morning in which he posted a $50,000 bail at around midnight.

In November, The Game was arrested in New York City on suspicion of telling a cab driver he was an undercover officer and persuading the cab driver to run through a series of red lights.
