You may not have heard about the producer Young Juve out of Memphis, TN but you've definitely heard at least one of the songs he's produced bumping on the radio, in your CD player or on your mp3 player. The young producer now based in Atlanta is becoming quite the 'super producer on the streets' making a name for himself by producing songs such as Yung Flow's "Bend Ya Kneez," Dem Franchize Boyz' "Ridin Rims" and Playa Fly's newest single "Da Truth."
Currently Juve's rap group he's working with called the Block Stars have a song titled "Party Like A Block Star," which according to Juve, is not to knock the Shop Boyz' "Party Like A Rock Star," but just to show the side of the streets from Miami to ATL to Memphis that hold it down like "Block Stars."
"We ain't trying to diss the Shop Boyz... from on down to Florida, we f**k with them.. it's just that we Block Stars and Hood Stars over here on this side of the South" Juve told MemphisRap.com.
Blockstars consist of group members Yung Roswell (Atlanta), Siparachi (Memphis), and Yung Remi (Memphis) with Young Flow who is not a member but a feature on many Block Stars tracks.
The producer who left his hometown in Memphis over two years ago has come a long way since leaving to go and work in Jermaine Dupri's Atlanta studio producing for artists such as Ying Yang Twins, Dem Franchise Boyz, Freddy P (Formerly of Da Band) and more. So, keep a lookout for more from the young producer, Juve, 21.
