Pop diva and powerhouse vocalist Whitney Houston is making a comeback with the help of close friend Clive Davis, but it's not going that easy. Recently a judge has ordered the singer to auction off some of her belongings so that she could pay off debts she has built-up over her 14-year marriage to former husband Bobby Brown.
The items will be auctioned off next Tuesday at her home in New Jersey along with some of Bobby Brown's items. So if you're a Whitney fan you'll be able to bid to win some of her fashionable items from tours and more such as belts, hats, pants, dresses, underwear (hmmm, come on now), a chair dubbed "Whitney's throne" and more. Items of Bobby Brown's that will be auctioned off includes music awards (hmmm, there should be sentiment there), a transparent grand piano, a variety of music instruments including various drum kits and keyboards.
According to reports, Steve Newmark of A.J. Willner Auctions stated there are no minimum bids for any of the items. "There are no starting prices and everything goes to the highest bidder," he said, adding that buyers are expected to pay in cash for the winning bids.
