Skeleton Key Entertainment Inks Deal With Rap Hustlaz

Skeleton Key Entertainment, the mainstream entertainment division of Mega Media Group, Inc. announced today the execution of an exclusive recording contract with Memphis-based hip-hop group Rap Hustlaz.

NEW YORK, Sept. 22 — Skeleton Key Entertainment, the mainstream entertainment division of Mega Media Group, Inc. (http://www.megamediagroup.com/) (EduLink, Inc. (MYIQ.PK)) announced today the execution of an exclusive recording contract with Memphis-based hip-hop group Rap Hustlaz.

The group, which is comprised of members Jack Frost and Kinfolk Kia Shine, recently impacted at urban radio with their promotional single “Stuntglasses @ Nite (Stunna Frames)” and are completing their first studio album which is scheduled for release in early 2007. The two are also known for producing tracks for Ludacris, Juvenile, T.I., Mike Jones, 8 Ball, LaChat and Yo Gotti, as well as for their featured performances on songs with Lil Wayne, Lil Flip, Lil Jon and T.I.

Commenting on the announcement, Jack Frost stated, “We’ve spent years producing projects for other artists and this is our time to step out and shine. We had offers from several labels, both major and independent, but feel that Skeleton Key is the best fit for us. They understand our vision and believe in us.”

Also commenting on deal, Charles Suitt, Executive Vice President of Urban Entertainment for Skeleton Key, stated, “The members of Rap Hustlaz are not only talented artists and producers, but are also savvy businessmen who have experience breaking records. They are ideal partners because they are a self- contained unit that can write, produce and record their music on their own without needing to be guided through the process, and will actively participate in formulating and executing the promotion and marketing plans for their product.
