Ronyae writes On Sunday, May 22 in Atlanta, I ran across the most radical thing; De La Sol was performing at the Southern Comfort Concert event at Centennial Park. The first thing I thought was: “What ever happened to them?” But it’s true, they are alive, well and kicking. It was a thrill to be able to see them, but not at all funny that the people acted as if they were still hot on the market-Me, Ronyae, could not get close enough to snag an interview!
Ha! Me, the writer who has been in the likes of Common (formerly “Common Sense”) and he’s so much into the lime light these days, that I’m seeing him do cameos on Girlfriend (UPN-Atlanta). But here, De La Sol hasn’t been out since what 15 years ago. You’d think they wanted a little press. To let everybody know they are still live and well. So, if there’s anyone out there who just may have the key to allow me the entry to snag that interview, drop a contact number.
