Three 6 Mafia and Paris Hilton team up in Studio for Warner Bros release expected June 2006

MEMPHIS, TN (MemphisRap.com) March 29, 2006 – Three Six Mafia, the name now not so Unknown, shocked the world at the Academy Awards by not only winning an Oscar for Best Song for the movie Hustle & Flow (Paramount Classics, MTV Films, & New Deal Entertainment) but also by making history becoming the first live rap performance at the Oscars. Three 6 Mafia may be coming with an even greater shocker as, according to a report by Alex Coleman on WREG’s Live at 9 show (who, by the way, are celebrating their 50th Annivesary, http://www.wreg.com), the Memphis rap group is preparing to hit the studio with non-other than Paris Hilton. Yes the Paris Hilton, daughter and heir to the Hilton Hotel empire and the same Paris Hilton from the FOX reality show Simple Life 3: Interns (http://www.fox.com/simplelife) also starring Nicole Richie, daughter of legendary performer and artist Lionel Richie.

As to what the group will be doing with Paris Hilton, that is yet to be known but putting Paris Hilton and Three Six Mafia in the same studio can, at the least, be expected to produce something very interesting.

Also reported to have been brought in for the new Paris Hilton project is Dr. Dre, Scott Storch, and Lil Jon who have already laid tracks for her tentatively titled album “Screwed” according to the online women in music magazine MusiqQueen.com. The CD release is meant to showcase Hilton’s singing ability and is scheduled for a June release on Warner Bros., stated Paris.

The current track listing includes 1.) Turn it Up 2.) Turn You On 3.) Stars Are Blind 4.) Jealousy 5.) Heartbeat 6.) Fightin’ Over Me featuring Fat Joe and Jadakiss 7.) Are You With It? 9.) Do You Think I’m Sexy? 9.) Screwed and 10.) Not Leaving Without You.

Meanwhile, Three 6 Mafia is on their way home for the first time since winning at the Academy Awards as they have been back and forth on shows spanning from their first major appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show after the Oscars on to BET, MTV and more. The group is heading home not to rest but to celebrate their Oscar achievement in their hometown of Memphis, TN which is expected to be a major celebration with appearances from those of the Hustle & Flow project, Memphis city officials, and more.

The group will not be staying long though as they will be heading back out the following week for yet again more appearances including hosting MTV and on BET.
