The Memphis hip hop community is grieving the loss of a Memphis rap icon, Nick Scarfo born Nicholas Jackson, 42, founder of Prophet Entertainment (aka Prophet Posse), the founding home of Three 6 Mafia, Killa Klan Kaze and Phatidef Music.

With the creation of Prophet Entertainment (the origin label of Three 6 Mafia) years ago, Nick Scarfo is back at it again.

“Nick aka Scarfo,” Ceo of Phatidef Music (K-Rock-A-Fella) is suing Juicy J and DJ Paul for $20 million, claiming that he was 33% part owner of Prophet Entertainment.
