Yo Gotti, OG Boo Dirty Wanted In Level II Nightclub Shooting; Gotti Responds

More than 11 people, including rappers Yo Gotti and OG Boo Dirty are wanted for questioning in connection to a shooting which occurred at Level II Night Club during the Thanksgiving Holiday, as reported on MemphisRap.com’s Daily Ish.

The incident happened in the wee hours of the morning where at least six people where shot including rapper OG Boo Dirty who was recently released from jail prior to the incident.

Yo Gotti’s attorney, Art Horne released a statement from Yo Gotti on the phone to WREG that the rapper doesn’t condone any type of behavior such as what went on at Level II Night Club on that night, and that he’s currently out-of-town and will address the charges that have been placed against him to have his name cleared.

Level II Night Club released a similar statement last week, claiming the incident was not in their controlled environment and was past the hours of the nightclub’s operation.

Police list that the incident happened after a verbal altercation between the rappers Yo Gotti, born Mario Mims, and OG Boo Dirty, born Lance Taylor. Reports say another unidentified man instigated the altercation and OG Boo Dirty struck him.

Boo Dirty’s lawyer, Harold Durham, revealed he had spoken with Boo Dirty after the fight happened, but didn’t know of the arrest warrant issued.

As previously mentioned, eleven people are wanted in connection to the multiple shooting while three so far have been placed in custody (Vernon McClendon, Kenneth Mason and Howard Greer, who was shot).
