Two teenagers, 13-year-old Breanna Gibson and 15-year-old Quintessa Oliver have given sex trafficking in Memphis the much needed eye after they turned up missing. Now the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations is beefing up to allocate resources to trafficking survivors and to help track down sex traffickers.
