Female jookers Ladia Yates and Juicy come together to show off their footwork jookin to Memphis rapper Project Pat’s song “If You Ain’t From My Hood”.

iLovememphis gives his take on celebrities attempting do the hit dance for his song “Hit The Quan” which was attempted by Terry Crews, Dwayne Johnson, Kendrick Lamar and others.

The ladies of WMCTV 5 including Kendall Kirkham, Jerica Phillips and others are back dancing this time to the hip hop dance song “Lean and Dab” by iLoveMemphis aka iHeartMemphis.

She killed all these dances in less than 20 seconds.

The Memphis rapper iLoveMemphis formerly known as iHeartMemphis stopped by “The Real” daytime talk show and showed the ladies of the popular talk show how to do his viral “Hit The Quan” dance.

Ladia Yates and L.Y.E. Academy joins the IHeart Memphis “Hit The Quan” dance challenge and does their rendition of the viral dance.

Aspiring dancer and actress, Heaven King, 5, who has appeared on the Ellen Show for her talent, is seen in this video doing her version of the hot hip hop dance challenge “Hit The Quan”.

The Minnesota Twins seem to have been celebrating after a win back in the locker room by doing the “Hit The Quan” dance.

Following up on their last dance video, “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae),” the women of WMC TV morning crew (Kendall Kirkham, Janeen Gordon, Kym Clark, Jerica Phillips, and Brittney Bryant) returned with another dance video to “Hit the Quan”.

Celebrity choreographer Rosero McCoy, who has choreographed for Step Up, Camp Rock, Honey 2, MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew” and has choreographed with the likes of Michelle Obama, Beyonce, Toni Braxton, Usher, Jonas Brothers and others will be in Memphis.

Memphis Reality Show ‘Tha Dance Basement,’ brings a cast of dancers who will live under one roof as they battle to be named King or Queen of “Tha Dance Basement.”
