A judge has denied Chris Brown the right to travel following the San Jose club shooting, so Chris Brown has announced to his fans that he is postponing his North American tour entitled "Between The Sheets" with singer Trey Songz and rapper Tyga of Young Money.

Chris Brown broke the news to his fans over Instagram about the tour being delayed.

The news comes after the shooting occurred at Fiesta Nightclub earlier this month in San Jose where Chris Brown was on stage performing.

A few days after the shooting, a judge revoked Chris Brown's probation but allowed the singer and rapper to remain free but placed him on watch with some expected community service to be added to his time.

Chris Brown's "Between The Sheets" tour with Trey Songz and Tyga was scheduled to kick off Tuesday but will have new rescheduled dates announced soon.
