Police Deputy ‘Beats Down’ 15 Yr Old Girl In Teen Beaten Caught on Tape

PHOTO: Seattle cop teen beaten caught on tape
15 year old girl is allegedly brutally beaten by a cop of the Seattle, Washington Police and the possible assault, attack was caught on tape.

In Seattle, a King County Sheriff’s deputy was caught on camera beating a teenage girl as she was being ‘locked down’ in a holding cell. Even though the officer can be seen in the footage putting a ‘beat down’ literally on the 15 year old girl in custody, he is still pleading not guilty to assault.

Deputy Paul Schene who is accused of fourth-degree assault including kicking the girl in the stomach, slamming her head against a wall, pulling her hair, and punching her on the ground, at SeaTac City Hall in November, is claiming he was assaulted first.

Schene, an 8 year veteran, claims the 15 year old girl was calling them ‘pigs’ and kicked off her shoes off at him striking him in the shin which can be seen on the camera but what can not be seen is that he says the shoes injured him.

Now, how that explains his brutally physical response, will be up to Schene to explain to a judge as an eager and demanding public awaits reason and disciplinary action even for such seemingly brute force.

Maybe the cops should have raped her too. That would have taught her a lesson. When will children and working-class people learn to respect authority?

Wrong answer. We need to reassert civilian control over our law enforcement agencies ASAP or we risk becoming like so many other nations where working-class people have no rights and are forced to bow to the whims of corrupt police forces.

The video game generation that grew up with no boundaries is what has created the law enforcement culture that has become an anti-democratic abomination.

Many of today’s cops are automatons, indoctrinated by right-wing law and order ideology and are extremely dangerous to our prospects for democratic self governance.

Remember, police officers are not judge, jury and executioner. They act on suspicion and then, if they’ve done their job properly, they will present actual evidence against you in an unbiased court of law. It is un-American to blindly accept authority of any kind.

Police do what they can which is anything they want. Police only flex their authority because they know as a whole black people fear them and won’t stand up against them. Many black dont fear them individually but changes can’t be made as a individual we have to stand together and make things happen, the legal way. I say the legal way because not all people in authority positions will stand for corruption so we go through those avenues first. It that doesn’t work then we find other ways that they won’t be so comfortable with.

For being lippy and kicking a shoe, she gets beaten like a dog in the street?? These cops and the police dept that hired them need to be sued for every penny they have.
I have worked as a teacher where teenagers do much worse than that and we are NOT, NOT allowed to touch them. If teachers HAVE to show self-control with 30 “lippy” teens in classes all day or get fired why is this cop getting a free pass (paid administrative leave)??????

A battle in Seattle…I guess the little girl’s shoes were weapons of mass destruction..home of the brave..

Well go deal with these zoo specimens everyday for 8 years and you’ll probably snap eventually too. What kind of 15 year old is out there stealing cars? Something is seriously wrong with American society and these police are not equipped to deal with it. They are only human and everyone has their breaking point. You’re lucky if you only have to deal with some rotten monster once or twice your entire life, these guys deal with dozens a day.

I’ll tell you one thing, that brat is going to think twice before shooting her mouth or her shoe off at anyone again.

WTF? it is a good thing she was not tried as an adult or the public would not even care about this for her. Children are never adults and so should never be in any part of the adult system and this looked like an adult holding area.

She took her parents’ car without permission, they didn’t know she had it, so they reported it stolen. She isn’t a car thief, she’s a bratty teenage girl who the police should be protecting from assaults, not assaulting her themselves.

IF THAT FUCKING PIG DID THAT TO MY DAUGHTER I’D HANG HIM UPSIDE DOWN AND SLIT HIS FUCKING THROAT!!!

So, Tony, when did kids get to be zoo specimens? I’m sorry, I missed that memo.

If you feel like you’re about to snap, then it’s time to take a break, change careers, do whatever you have to do rather than viciously beat a small girl.

If this was domestic violence would you take the same stand? This was no more than a man in authority beating the crap out of a woman/child. And if you think that’s okay, it’s time for you to get some serious professional help as well. As another poster pointed out, teachers deal with this every day, all day. They are not allowed to “snap”. And when they do, they become public spectacle and they also lose their jobs. And sometimes their freedom. Teachers are one of our most important resources. Why are they less necessary than officers, and why should they be treated any differently?

Parents deal with lippy kids for 18 years. But if we “snap” and beat the crap out of them, then in comes DFACS to take our kids away, with folks like you wanting to string us up by our ankles.

So what you’re basically saying is, the only folks allowed to get fed up and snap are cops? That’s a dangerous world we live in.

THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! I DON’T CARE WHAT THAT GIRL SAID OR DID -THIS WAS HIGHLY UNCALLED FOR AND OUT OF LINE. THIS OFFICER SHOULD BE FIRED, CHARGED AND INVESITAGED FOR DOMESTIC ABUSE (IF HE ACTS LIKE THAT OVER NAME CALLING AND OH MY GOD A SHOE, THEN HOW DOES HE ACT IN MORE SERIOUS SITUATIONS??!!!!!) THEY HAD BETTER THROW THE BOOK AT HIM AND FIRE HIM ASAP WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THE VIDEO SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. AND I HOPE THE PARENTS AND FAMILY OF THIS GIRL SUE THE ASSHOLE FOR ALL HE IS WORTH. AGAIN, I AM JUST SHOCKED THAT 2 GROWN MEN; OBVIOUSLY MUCH MORE POWERFUL THAN A TEENAGE GIRL; ASSAULTED A 15 YEAR OLD GIRL HALF THEIR SIZE OVER NAME CALLING AND A SHOE TO THE SHIN–SICK!!!!TURNS MY STOMACH!!!!

SORRY INVESTIGATED MIS-SPELLED BECAUSE I’M SO DAMN UPSET ABOUT THIS.

  12. tom March 2, 2009 at 1:30 pm

Of course now this thug with a badge gets several months off (with pay of course) while they investigate and come up with some lame ass excuse to justify his actions. I know some retired cops who have told me that they really were alarmed by the attitudes of some of the young cops that were coming into their departments as they were getting ready to retire. As long as the Supreme court keeps giving them more and more power we will continue on our way towards fascism.

“Police brutality” I guess its part of the job description.

  14. Jim March 2, 2009 at 2:40 pm

This is how cops think of us – pathetic slaves deserving of no respect. If he isn’t kicked off the force it’s a true sign that our rights are deteriorating into nothing

What about the other officer thats just heping him hold her down im sorry but wtf. Police officers are rolemodels and rolemodels shouldn’t beat 15 year old girls down. 15 years, what harm could she be against TWO fullgrown male police officers. People like that should be behind bars not the ones guarding them.
I can understand that you’re about to snap, but then you take 5 and breath deep breaths, right? He knows that he done something wrong or at least i hope he does, because if he doesn’t i would call him psyko.

  16. Kevin March 2, 2009 at 2:49 pm

this is crap how in the world can an officer who is sworn to protect the people beat up a 15 teen year old girl this has to stop if a man did that to a woman he would be thrown in jail without even hearing his side of the story but you let guy out on our streets if you look on the tape the did not even hit the officer. this your job nobody told you take this job just like no one told me to take mine we choose this career if some one calls me a name I cant go beat them up treat him like the rest of us if we did the same thing lock him up

  17. Derek Hutchison March 2, 2009 at 3:11 pm

I Don’t care if she stole my car. I don’t care that some foolish 15yr old lazily kicked her shoe off at some authoritative douche. You DON’T treat a prisoner like that no matter what the crime and you Damn sure don’t treat an American like that i hope he gets it in the end in prison! Spc. Hutchison ARNG
