   Yossi (comment above) is obviously a sheltered, uneducated fool. No one deserves that kind of treatment. What if that was your daughter? You are making a very ignorant assumption that she is even guilty of anything. This cop obviously fits the build of a “pig”. Surely you are not ignorant enough to think that cops cannot be bad people and crooked just like anyone else?

   I know a shoe injury must be very traumatic for this idiot cop though… poor guy!

   I grew up in a rough neighborhood, so stop acting like you are high and mighty.

If he does not got to jail and lose his job along with that pssy that helped him, we can be assured that that type of treatment will continue and possibly affect all of us at sometime in our lifetime.    I am sickened by what this man did to this child/woman. If any of us did that do another person would would be in jail for assault. If we did it to our own children we would be in jail and have our children taken away. Personally, if he has children they should be put in foster care because if he can do that do someone else’s child then he probably does worse to his own when no one is watching. I hope the other officer is held accountable as well. He is just as guilty if he didn’t report it. He is party to the crime. Shouldn’t these officers be examples and be held to a higer accountability? Something similar happened to my daughter. A group of girls spent the night at a girl’s house. One of the girls didn’t tell her father and he thought she ran away. They went after my daughter because she was driving the car with all the kids. The officer threatened to charge HER with child endangerment felonies and she was only 16! The officer took my daughter out of a house with her underwear on and wouldn’t let her put her pants on. She was handcuffed and put in his car. She was eventually let go because he didn’t really have a charge against her. I wish I would have had that on tape. He was out of line and very unprofessional. He was saying the “f” word and blowing smoke in her face. He said he would be watching her. What can I do? If I cause trouble then the rest of the good ol’ boys will come after my family. In our county they only have to go to a votech school for 6 months to be a deputy. That’s not enough education or training in my opinion. I realize that not all officers are out of line, but the majority that I have met in my town are untrained people on power trips. It’s scary.

   Sorry…but this is UNACCEPTABLE!

   It is the yossis of this world who if given a chance would behave just like this cop. I wonder if they give psychological assessments to police recruits? Hmm but then someone could lie on the test and go all PC hiding their real feelings, so that might not be any help.

   As for the cop on the otehr side.. what is that saying again, “Evil flourishs when good men do nothing”? I think this is a classic case.

   I also find it interesting that the mainstream media has ignored this story. It is not on FOX news, CNN or any major television network news program. I wonder why that is so???

   its ashame that the girl’s father wont be able to do the same thing to the cop, i sure would like to see how the cop would react if he got the same treatment he gave that child. its child abuse if a parent beats his child but its ok for this cop to abuse a child?

   Let’s take a moment and calm down. Not all cops are like this. Many are highly trained professionals and this is their career. They themselves have kids and a family back home. However, the cops you see here, both of them should have their badges pulled and kicked out of the police force and charged for assault and battery.

   What THEY did was wrong, not all cops do this though.

   Wow… that is one of the most outrageous and egregious things I have ever seen. Since when did “Protect and Serve” become “Beat and Maim”.
   There is NO behavior that justifies a police officer beating ANY person in custody like that let alone a 15 year old GIRL!! What a big tough man he is!! I’m available if he wants to try that on a man his own size.
   And that douche-bag that just stood there and then helped him hold her down should be found guilty of aiding an assault and both should be stripped of their badges and put in jail with the rest of the criminals.
   And you shit-for-brains assholes that think this kind of behavior is acceptable, need your asses kicked too. I can only hope you’re on the receiving end of a senseless brutal beating … or maybe your daughter, sister, mother or wife. Get the point?

    Those persons with the correct temperament and disposition to become police officers seldom do. I began to understand the particulars of the typical cop personality type, when I studies criminal justice at a community college – and after being pulled-over a couple of times – and I realized that a majority of those enrolled (and many of the instructors) were magnanimous, suspicious, accusing, overly vocal and obnoxious. A classmate and I were accused of cheating by members of our class, because we both received As on our exams and few (if any) others did. Of course, we HAD to be cheating, because none of them could be that stupid. Hmmmm. The most ignorant and unintelligent persons are often those who “know it all”; who do not (or cannot) realize their limitations; who think 2-dimentionally, and see all things as either black or white; with diminished capacity for critical thought – i.e. your typical police officer like the two in the video.

    The unfortunate “truth” (in my opinion) is that the very personality type that should never work as a police officer, is the type who wants the most to be one. Here is my summary of those personality traits and some of the environmental factors that may have led to them: arrogant, pompous, overbearing, having a “chip on the shoulder”, average or below average intelligence/education, usually from a conservative upbringing, came from an overly strict family who used violence and whippings for discipline, and individuals who were unpopular in school and who were bullied.

    That poor girl must have reminded him of the girl(s) in his sophomore year who would not go out with him; and, who knows, perhaps the kicked-shoe was reminiscent of the beginnings of the many “beat downs” he received while growing up. This is very sad indeed, but watch out! He’s in a position of authority now, and you WILL respect his authority! If not, he’s going to explain it to you; just as he did to her. Having said all this, I have met some respectable officers; exemplars in their difficult and dangerous professions, but I’m afraid they seem to be in the minority. So…

    Officers – excluding those in the minority mentioned above – please take note: You are given your authority to protect and serve the public. You are public servants. With every opportunity, you should work to establish a rapport with the citizenry you have sworn to protect. If you do these things, you may well freely receive the respect you already think you are entitled to because you were issued a badge; and better still, you will no longer have to beat respect out of anyone, let alone an innocuous, albeit bratty, 15 year old girl. Thank you for reading my really long rant.

    This incident is outrageous. If anyone did this to my daughter her brothers and dad would kill them. That cop is a psychopathic maniac. I have no respect for the police the few encounters I have had w/ them they have been rude and ignorant (speeding tickets only nothing major) but they act arrogant and talk down to you and indirectly threaten you with more charges and fines. I truly hope this young lady’s family sues the police and the department for millions and wins, this will affect her the rest of her life and cause her to hate the police. She have truly been vicitimized. That cop should have turned the case over to another officer if he was upset w/ her name calling, he didn’t have to go ballistic on her. Don’t give me any crap about the tough, dangerous jobs police have, it is like that, but this little girl did not deserve this treatment and as other posts have stated any parent who did this would be in jail and have their kids taken away. He could have caused her serious injury the way he slammed her around.

    The police across this country are out of control. They know they are above the law and they get away with committing crimes everyday. They are more militarized, refer to us as civilians and treat us like we are their enemy. If we don’t obey their barking orders immediately they use force and tasers to terrify and t0rture us into compliance. Support police reform!

    This channel’s purpose is to wake people up to the brutality of the police. Please remember that the police are only human and make mistakes. We need to improve their training, hold them accountable when they commit crimes and take back some of their power. We need citizen’s review boards with the power to make changes and bring charges.     does it really matter what color this girl is? does it really matter that the cop was white? i think not. all that SHOULD matter is there are laws in this country that apply to everyone. yes there are times when a police officer must use force to protect himself and enforce the law -this does not put him above the law- this case was clearly assault and the officers should #1 lose there jobs #2 be charged ,tried & convicted of assault and battery on a minor, unlawful use of athority and jailed. anything less would be a crime.

    yes even if she was white -and therefor not a real victim- it should still be a crime.

    i do like alot of what JOHN Q said. i have had numerous runins with police(some good,mostly bad) sometimes i was innocent, admittedly most of the times i wasnt so i have been around police alot. ive met some very upstanding, intelligent, humane, cops who really want to do the rite thing and would much rather help you then arrest you. and i have also met some cops who have got to be some of the stupidest people i have ever met in my life. shockingly stupid. i think alot of the problem is pay. everybody knows that most police dont make squat for money. thats not much of an incentive to want to get into law enforcement. if officers pay was increased to say 60 – 75 thousand a year starting out what you would get would be an increase in applications, probly acouple hundred times more than normal. this would give a much larger pool to choose from and higher quality officers would be chosen. fact is wether we want to believe it or not we need police. without them we have anarchy and no sane person wants that. if the powers that be believe town x needs 10 officers to patrol it there gonna put 10 officers out there. if all they have are idiots to choose from were gonna get 10 idiot cops.
